Ed Rainis

Ed Rainis is an accomplished Senior Program Manager at Highmark Health, where leadership in the enterprise effectiveness organization focuses on driving cross-organizational change and process alignment. With extensive experience in program management, Ed has owned Rainis Consulting LLC and served as a consultant at Legal & General and Lincoln Financial Group, managing large-scale policy administration transformation projects. Previously, Ed held key roles at Prudential Financial, CIGNA, and AIG, overseeing strategic transformation projects and global PMO functions. A graduate of Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and The Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Administrative Science in Information Systems, Ed combines strong technical expertise with leadership in human resources and operational efficiency.
