Laurie Lucchina

Laurie Lucchina is a seasoned professional in User Experience (UX) and sensory science with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as UX Research Lead for Digital Experience Design at Highmark Health since February 2023, Laurie designs and conducts research to enhance digital experiences and manages the UserZoom platform for the team. Previously, Laurie was R&D Director for Sensory & User Design at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., contributing to the UX of the company’s cocktail beverage portfolio and establishing sensory programs. With a rich background in research and development, Laurie has held significant roles at Keurig Green Mountain's Technology Division, Ocean Spray Cranberries, and Gillette Advanced Technology Center, where Laurie led studies, collaborated across departments, and implemented sensory testing initiatives. Laurie holds a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Sensory Science from Yale School of Medicine and advanced degrees in Sensory Science, Nutrition, and Nutritional Biochemistry from the University of Connecticut and University of Vermont.
