Ralph Guarrieri Itil

Ralph Guarrieri has over 30 years of work experience in the IT industry. Ralph has held various management positions and has expertise in IT asset management and inventory management. Ralph has successfully led initiatives to build IT asset management programs from scratch, resulting in risk reduction, cost optimization, and software compliance. Ralph has also managed global software inventories for major companies and conducted software audits. Ralph is proficient in ITIL, CSAM, PCSLA, and CHAMP methodologies.

Ralph Guarrieri completed their education at Pennco Technical Institute from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained an Associates degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. Prior to that, they attended the United States Navy from 1977 to 1981, specializing in Satellite and Communications.
