Tyson Barrett

Tyson Barrett, PhD, serves as the Manager of Research Analytics and Enablement at Highmark Health since June 2022, leading a team of informaticists, biostatisticians, and clinical/population health analysts to enhance health services research. Concurrently, Tyson holds the position of Research Scientist and Research Assistant Professor at Utah State University, where responsibilities include consulting as a methodologist and applied statistician while managing the Data Science and Discovery Unit within the College of Education and Human Services. Prior experience includes working at the National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management as a Graduate Assistant, a Finance Intern role at GE Healthcare, and various positions at Utah State University, including teaching assistance and program leadership. Tyson Barrett holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Psychology from Utah State University.
