Kristen de Win

Kristen de Win has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Their most recent position is as a Sr. Community Director at Highmark Residential, starting in June 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Manager at Camden Property Trust from September 2015 to June 2016. From January 2014 to August 2015, Kristen was a Community Manager at Western Oaks Apartments under 1st Choice Management Group. Before that, they served as an Assistant Manager at Summerlyn Apts for 11 months starting in January 2013. Their earlier roles include working as a Senior Leasing Consultant at Equity Residential from March 2012 to November 2012, a Leasing Consultant at The Landings at Port Imperial Apartments from April 2010 to March 2012, and a Floating Leasing Consultant at Talleyrand Crescent Apartments and The Fairfield Apartments from November 2007 to April 2010. Prior to their career in real estate, Kristen worked as a Multi Process Customer Service Associate at Hewitt Associates from September 2006 to October 2007 and as an Executive Level Concierge at Hilton Hotels from September 2004 to February 2006.

Kristen de Win attended Sprayberry High School from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their Academic degree in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Kristen further pursued their education at Georgia College and State University from 2000 to 2004. During their time there, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Studies. In addition to their formal education, Kristen de Win also obtained a certification as a Certified Apartment Manager from the National Apartment Association in March 2014.
