Kannu Sahni

Kannu Sahni currently serves as the Vice President of Community Affairs at Highmark Health, overseeing community initiatives for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Allegheny Health Network since July 2017. Previous roles include Director of Community Affairs at Highmark and Allegheny Health Network, Vice Chair of the PA Governor's Advisory Commission on Asian Pacific American Affairs, and Director of Community Relations at the University of Pittsburgh. Kannu Sahni has also held positions such as Senior Recruiter, Employment Specialist, and part-time faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business, alongside early career experiences in operations management and entrepreneurship. With a strong educational background including a PhD candidacy in Public Policy at the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's in Public Policy & Management, Kannu Sahni has demonstrated a commitment to community engagement, workforce development, and academic outreach.
