Nan Miller

Nan Miller is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse range of experience in human resources and technology management. Currently serving as the Global Director of HR at INEOS, responsibilities include enhancing HR functions such as Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, and Compensation to align with strategic goals and improve employee experience. Previously, roles have included Human Resources Information Technology Manager at Highmark Health, Senior Manager of People Systems at Safelite AutoGlass, and various leadership positions in HR technology and project management at companies such as Alight Solutions, Vertiv, and Cornerstone OnDemand. Nan holds an MBA in International Business from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Olivet Nazarene University.
