Craig Ellis, Ph.D.

Craig Ellis, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the field of psychology and assessment. Craig is currently serving as the Vice President of Services at HighMatch (formerly Berke) since March 2021. Prior to their current position, they co-founded and worked as an I/O Psychologist at The MatchFIT from December 2018 to February 2021.

Before their involvement with The MatchFIT, Craig worked as a Personnel Assessment Specialist at CED - Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. from February 2015 to 2018. Craig was also an Adjunct Psychology Instructor at Point University from April 2013 to January 2015.

Additionally, Craig served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Auburn University from August 2009 to May 2012 and as an Adjunct Leadership Trainer at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from December 2010 to March 2012. Craig also spent time working as an Assessment Consultant at Affintus Scientific Hiring from 2011 to 2012.

Craig Ellis, Ph.D. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Troy University between the years 2005 and 2009. Craig then pursued further education at Auburn University, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, Craig Ellis completed their education at Auburn University with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014.
