Joe Alfrey

Joe Alfrey has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Joe is currently the VP Finance and Corporate Controller at NewRocket. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of FP&A at NewRocket. In 2016, they co-founded Sencentric and served as the CEO, overseeing simplified environmental monitoring solutions. From 2001 to 2014, Joe was the Managing Director at redIT, providing cloud services and data centers. Joe also served as a Key Group Member at Vistage International from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Joe worked as a Principal Financial Analyst at Alaris Medical Systems and as a Controller at Hearten Medical. Joe has also held roles at Medtronic, Endomedix, and Pacific Biotech, gaining experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, and marketing research.

Joe Alfrey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of San Diego, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Joe then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at San Diego State University from 1990 to 1992. In 2013, Joe Alfrey obtained a Professional Certificate in Brewing from UC San Diego, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, Joe Alfrey has a certification as a Certified Management Accountant from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. Specific dates for obtaining this certification are not provided.
