Tara Heath

Tara Heath has extensive experience in sales operations and enablement. Tara is currently the Vice President of Sales Operations & Enablement at NewRocket. Prior to that, they were the Sales Enablement Leader at the same company. Tara also worked as the Senior Sales Operations Business Manager at Rackspace from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of Sales Operations at SmartDrive Systems from 2015 to 2019, where they managed daily operations, implemented Salesforce.com, and developed and managed sales and support training. Tara also held the position of Business Planning/Sr. Sales Operations Manager at Maxwell Technologies from 2011 to 2015, where they managed sales order processing and contract administration. Prior to that, they were the Sales Operations Manager at PacketVideo Corp from 2007 to 2011, where they were responsible for tracking CRM results, managing sales compensation, and coaching sales managers and the inside sales team. Tara started their career at Northrop Grumman in 2005, where they served as an IT Operations Manager & SD Area Lead and was recognized for outstanding performance in customer satisfaction.

Tara Heath obtained a Certificate in Operations Management & Analysis from Ashford University from 2010 to 2014. In 2018 to 2021, they earned a Certified Salesforce Administrator degree from Trailhead by Salesforce, specializing in Salesforce Administration.
