Todd Bashor

Todd Bashor has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Todd is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at NewRocket, a position they assumed in September 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President at NewRocket, Inc. where they managed employee self-service portal, custom application, and component development projects. Todd also founded and served as a Software Development Consultant at The Starter's Academy, mentoring entrepreneurs through the software development lifecycle. Todd worked at ServiceNow as a Custom App Solution Consulting Lead, where they provided strategic sales campaigns and developed applications to showcase platform capabilities. Todd also served as the Director of Platform Product Management at ServiceNow, leading agile releases and building a capable product management team. Todd held the position of Director of Product Management at FICO, where they directed the release of the company's financial fraud management application. Todd was a Software Development Manager at Hewlett-Packard, overseeing analytic content projects and leading the development of social collaborative IT management SaaS offerings. At Intuit, they served as a Senior Program Manager, managing cross-functional teams to design and deliver asset management processes. Todd worked as a Global IT Client Services Manager and an Application Developer at Peregrine Systems, managing service desk teams and architecting application ecosystems. Todd also worked as a Project Manager and Senior Product Trainer at Peregrine Systems, leading instructional design projects and conducting pilot courses. In the initial years of their career, Todd served as a Training and Development Specialist at STMicroelectronics, developing computer-based training and teaching vital job skills.

Todd Bashor holds an MA in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to this, they completed a BA in Communication Studies at the same university from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance and Product Manager from Pragmatic Marketing. Todd also holds a certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow – The Enterprise Cloud Company, and a certification as a Software Asset Manager from IAITAM.
