Summary:

Our Professional Services team at HighRadius is growing, and we're looking for our next Software Implementation Consultant! In this role, you'll play an integral part of the in-market consulting team that partners with key client stakeholders to shape the future of the in-scope order-to-cash processes for their clients. Some examples of the initiatives include participating in the Design phase of client engagements, conducting client end-user training, and at a macro level working with the client to model a future state that is significantly better than their current processes.

Location: In this role, you will be based in Houston, Texas, but be expected to travel (domestically) up to 50% of the time for client on-site visits.

Your Day-to-Day:

Your main role will be geared towards helping customers across a variety of industries by reviewing their current state processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to design a future state solution based on HighRadius products, helping the end client derive significant quantifiable value. You will go through a structured training program designed specifically for Software Implementation Consultant, giving you the technical and business acumen you’ll need for a successful career at HighRadius and beyond. No knowledge of finance or coding is required-- we'll give you all the tools and knowledge you'll need to be successful! Your main responsibilities are broken down into three areas:

  • Support Senior Consultants throughout the Design Phase:
    • Participate in design workshops with HighRadius and customer end-user teams
    • Prepare deliverables such as As-Is Documentation and Analysis, design documentation, and summarizing success criteria of project
    • Taking notes/minutes-of-meetings
  • Drive Client (User-Journey-Focused) Product Training: 
    • Prepare and customize training materials and logistics, ensuring
    • Ensure client training environment readiness
    • Conduct client training sessions (in-person/virtual) (Train-the-trainer and/or End-user training) 
    • Conduct and collect training customer surveys
  • Own Testing/Hypercare Support: 
    • Support the user acceptance testing cycles, through to sign-off
    • Maintain hypercare case tracker
    • Draft cutover plans
    • Conduct internal weekly reviews to resolve issues in testing and hypercare

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of professional work experience, ideally in management consulting or a SaaS professional services team
  • Strategic thinking: A Software Implementation Consultant should be able to think strategically and, working with the Senior Consultant, develop solutions that align with the client's long-term goals. They should be able to anticipate future needs and design solutions that can adapt and scale over time.
  • Communication skills: A Software Implementation Consultant should be able to communicate effectively with clients, internal team members, and other stakeholders. They should be able to explain technical concepts in non-technical language and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Analytical skills: A Software Implementation Consultant should be able to analyze complex problems and identify the root cause of issues. They should be able to break down problems into manageable parts and come up with innovative solutions that meet the client's needs.
  • Up to 40% - 60% travel may be required, to attend / lead client workshops, conduct UAT sessions and support hyper care periods.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects.
