Job Summary: 

PSA is a very critical and pivotal role in the organization, PSA will be accountable for one or couple of Partner Organizations and will be key to ensure the below are executed in Full and first time manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable to build strong relationship with the Partner contacts and demonstrate ownership and zeal to drive results
  • Be the first point of contact for any Queries, Questions from the partner and respond back within acceptable timelines in full and accurately
  • Own and Drive the Pipeline with the partner by engaging and showing the Joint value Proposition
  • Be inquisitive and source key critical information from the partner which enables HRC to identify opportunities
  • Showcase Domain and Product knowledge in Demo sessions and drive Potential opportunities to a discovery stage
  • Work with the Partner Relationship Manager & Direct Manager to prepare STRAP and eliminate Hurdles
  • Maintain detailed notes on each Opportunity, Update Salesforce and collect and prepare any necessary collaterals to execute a Discovery call
  • Maintain Detailed Minutes of the meeting and share with the stakeholders within 24 hours of the meeting date, Follow-up on open action items
  • Maintain the Pipeline and be able to walk through the same in Weekly Business reviews
  • Work on Quarterly business review decks with his/her Manager
