Johann Sedivy

Johann Sedivy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for Southern Europe at Highspot since September 2022, Johann was the first account manager hired in the region. Previous roles include serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Medallia, managing a portfolio of enterprise clients as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at UKG, and executing business development strategies at Google. Johann's career also includes positions at IBM, 3M Europe, Olympus France, and Philips Consumer Lifestyle, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, product management, and customer relationship management. Johann holds a Master's degree in Management from SKEMA Business School and has completed an Erasmus exchange program at LUT University.
