Mike Haverdink

Mike Haverdink is an experienced professional with a strong background in the insurance industry and leadership roles. Since May 2020, Mike has served as President of the Great Lakes Region and Senior Partner at High Street Insurance Partners, Inc. Additionally, Mike has been the President of Ottawa Kent Insurance since 1990. Mike's commitment to community service is demonstrated through their role as Vice Chair at Bibles For Missions Thrift Centers from 2013 to May 2021 and as a Commissioner for Ottawa County from January 2015 to December 2018. Mike's expertise in governance is reflected in the Board Director position at Paragon Bank and Trust from 2004 to 2008, as well as their early career as a CPA with Ernst & Young from June 1988 to November 1990. Mike holds a BA in Business/Accounting from Hope College, where education was completed from 1984 to 1988, and is a graduate of Hudsonville High School, class of 1984.
