Trudie Udell

Trudie Udell has extensive experience in operational systems integration and transformation program management, currently serving as Director of Operational Systems Integration and Transformation Programme Manager at National Highways since November 2017. Prior to this, Trudie held various leadership roles at BBD Management Consultancy, E.ON, Pearson, Capita, Siemens, UKDN Waterflow, SSE plc, Thames Water, and Steria, focusing on program delivery, change management, and operational readiness. Key achievements include overseeing the Residential Transformation Initiative at E.ON, managing the Smart Metering Programme at SSE plc, and implementing data governance procedures at Thames Water. Trudie holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University.
