Vicki Harter

Vicki Harter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success, product management, and healthcare transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at Higi since September 2017, Vicki directs client onboarding, support, services, and retention strategies while acting as a subject matter expert to inform commercial strategies and product development. Prior to this role, Vicki held various leadership positions at Caradigm, including Vice President of Care Transformation and Vice President of Product Management, where Vicki led teams to implement population health software and drove product strategy. Vicki's earlier career at Geisinger Health System/Geisinger Health Plan included roles such as Director of Clinical Information Systems and Director of Medical Management, focusing on health information technology and accountable care initiatives. Vicki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care Therapy from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
