Juan Jose Fernandez Gallardo

Juan Jose Fernandez Gallardo has extensive experience in the business world. Juan Jose is currently the Co-Founder of Higo, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the COO of Swap (PocketGroup Technologies) from 2019 to 2021. Juan Jose also held the role of Summer Intern at Boxbot from 2018 to 2019 and Sr Launcher / Interim GM UberEATS at Uber from 2014 to 2018. During their time at Uber, they launched and interim General Managed the 3 largest markets in the region (Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Bogota) and developed Business Plan and Go to Market strategy for UberEATS in LATAM for immediate execution. Before Uber, they were a Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney from 2013 to 2014, where they advised and supported multi-national companies on critical strategic and operational issues, gaining multi-national experience with projects in Mexico, Brazil and the US.

Juan Jose Fernandez Gallardo attended Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 2008 to 2012, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Juan Jose then attended Harvard Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they earned an MBA.
