Kush Khurana

Kush Khurana has extensive work experience in the field of data science and analytics. Kush is currently working as a Principal ML Scientist at Hike, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Kush worked as a Senior Lead ML Scientist at Hike from October 2019 to December 2021. Kush also has experience as a Lead Data Scientist at Limeroad.com from January 2018 to October 2019, as well as at Synaptic from November 2016 to December 2017. Kush has also worked as a Lead Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist at Mobileum from January 2016 to October 2016 and from September 2014 to December 2015 respectively. Before that, Kush served as a Senior Associate in Data Science at Delhivery from May 2014 to September 2014. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Specialist in Analytics at Opera Solutions from June 2013 to May 2014, and as a Senior Associate at iRunway from June 2008 to July 2011. Kush's career began as an Analyst Intern in IT Equity Finance at UBS Investment Bank from May 2007 to July 2007. In addition to their industry roles, Kush has also worked as a Visiting Faculty in Economics at Ashoka University since January 2020.

Kush Khurana completed their Master of Science (MS) in Economics and Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Before their higher education, they attended St. Francis De Sales School in Delhi from 1990 to 2004. Kush Khurana has also obtained several additional certifications, including a Quantum Computing Fundamentals certificate from MIT xPRO in 2021, an edX Honor Code Certificate for Scalable Machine Learning in 2015, and completed various courses on algorithms, machine learning, and big data.
