Dana MacHat

Dana Machat is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and system implementation. Currently serving at Hilan since July 2021 in HR System Implementation, Dana previously worked as an Account Manager at Gloat from September 2017 to November 2020, where focus was placed on leveraging AI to enhance career development. Prior to Gloat, Dana held roles as a Technology Recruiter at Taldor and a Recruitment Consultant at Goldman Recruitment and Placement, honing skills in sourcing and matching candidates to client needs. Additionally, Dana has extensive experience in security management, having served as Manager of the Operational Control Room at Ben Gurion International Airport from 2007 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Political Communications from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
