Justin Santos

Justin Santos has over two decades of experience in benefits analysis and data management, currently serving as Benefits Analyst Manager at Hilb Group New England since January 2016. In this role, Justin led the implementation of the Zywave CPQ quoting system, ensuring optimal functionality through thorough testing and integration. Prior to this, Justin was the Electronic Data Interchange Manager at WageWorks for 11 years, where responsibilities included deploying the IHUB Pervasive tool for automated file processing and enhancing inter-team communication to improve operational efficiency. Justin's career began at Shaw's Supermarkets, where management of administrative records and procurement processes was key. Justin holds an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Systems from the New England Institute of Technology.
