Rachel Wozniak has extensive experience in the field of higher education and community engagement. Rachel has worked at Hilbert College since 2014 in various roles including Asst. Vice President of Student Life - Career Development, Service Learning & Community Engagement, Adjunct Instructor & First-Year Academic Advisor, Director of Service Learning & Community Engagement, and Assistant Director of Career and Community Engagement. In these roles, Rachel has facilitated connections between students, faculty, and community organizations, provided career coaching to students, integrated career and civic engagement into academic programs, and developed co-curricular programming on community concerns and social injustices. Prior to Hilbert College, Rachel worked at D'Youville College as an Assistant Professor and at Compass House Emergency Shelter and Resource Center as the Director of Operations and Outreach. Rachel also has experience in operations and finance from their time at Clinical Support Services and Union Medical Pharmacy. Rachel Wozniak holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Medaille University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution. In 2014, they completed a Certificate Program in the Essentials of Project Management from Villanova University Continuing Studies. Rachel also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
