Kyle Herman

Kyle Herman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in restructuring advisory for middle market and municipal situations. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Hilco Global since June 2023, Kyle previously co-founded and held the position of Principal at Exigent Partners from April 2019 to May 2023. Prior roles include Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC and Director at Miller Buckfire & Co. Kyle's career began with roles at JPMorgan Chase as Associate and Artisan Entertainment as Manager, complemented by an internship at XRoads Solutions Group.
