Carolyn is responsible for the firm’s human resource management, talent, development and engagement activity. Reporting to the firm’s COO, the focus of Carolyn’s role is to develop and implement the HR and people strategy for the firm.
Carolyn joined the firm in May 2020 and has over 19 years’ experience working in HR within the legal industry. She has extensive experience in attraction, retention and development of talent, with a focus on engagement, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion. Carolyn leads a team of HR professionals who advise and support the business across a range of functions including recruitment, talent and development and HR operations.
