Andrew K.

Andrew K. has a diverse work experience in the construction and transportation industry. Andrew started their career in 1991 as a Senior Transportation Engineer at Caltrans, where they supervised a staff of 25 and was responsible for the construction of the $225 million Rte. 87 Freeway Improvements. Andrew also handled contract change orders and assisted in dispute resolution and construction claims. In 2002, Andrew joined VTA Highway Program as a Construction Manager. Andrew then moved to HNTB in the same year and held the role of Northern California Office Leader- Construction Management until 2013. Andrew is currently working as the First Vice President at Hill International, Inc.

Andrew K. earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from Drexel University from 1986 to 1991. Andrew obtained their Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) certification from the State of California - Department of Consumer Affairs in August 1994. Later, in August 2009, they obtained the Certified Construction Manager (C.C.M.) certification from CMAA.
