Gabriela Hernandez

Gabriela Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles.

Starting in 2009, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for the United States Army until 2016.

From 2014 to 2017, they held the position of Senior Manager at GNC, where they managed operations, sales, and staffing goals.

For a brief period in 2017, Gabriela worked at TTEC as a Talent Acquisition Specialist before transitioning to the role of Associate Recruiter from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they communicated job expectations to candidates, mentored newer recruiters, and expanded their recruiting network.

In 2021, Gabriela joined HORNE as a Senior Recruiter, where they led recruiting efforts for various government services and COVID relief projects. Gabriela collaborated with corporate partners, training departments, and hiring managers to meet hiring demands.

Currently, they are a Senior Lead Recruiter at Hill International, Inc. starting in 2023.

Gabriela Hernandez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Texas A&M University, graduating in 2019. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Hazmat Transportation Safety from the United States Army and Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud 2016 from TTEC.
