Jean Paul Zoghbi

Jean Paul Zoghbi, M.E., B.E., PMP has a broad range of work experience in project management and construction. Jean Paul began their career at KEO International Consultants, where they worked as a Projects Control Manager on various infrastructure projects. Jean Paul then joined Hill International, where they served as a Senior Project Manager overseeing multiple high-profile projects, including Palm Island Luxury Villas, Novotel & Ibis Hotel, and City of Arabia. Jean Paul later held the position of V.P. Construction & Development at Al Ghurair Real Estate (Rotana Hotels). Following that, they worked at Al Maabar International Investments as a Senior Project Director, managing the development of the St. Regis Hotel & Residences in Amman, Jordan. Most recently, Jean Paul joined Al Sharq Investment as a Senior Project Director (COO) for the W Hotel - The Palm. Jean Paul is currently working as a Project Director for the Zaria Development Project at Hill International, Inc. Throughout their career, Jean Paul has demonstrated expertise in design management, planning, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and construction management.

Jean Paul Zoghbi holds a Masters in Engineering from the American University of Beirut, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Jean Paul also pursued a Masters in Engineering Management, specializing in Civil Engineering, during the same period. Prior to that, they attended Saint Joseph School from 1972 to 1986. In terms of certifications, they have obtained a Masters of Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut in 1992. Jean Paul also holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from the same institution, which they obtained in 1990. Additionally, they are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
