Nghi

Nghi Ma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They started their career in 2004 at Wilmington Trust, where they served in various technical roles, including as a Database Administrator and CS Senior Systems Administrator/HRIS System Administrator. In 2009, they joined Radian as an HRIS Analyst before moving on to Comcast as a Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst (contract) in 2010. In 2011, they worked at Catapult Learning as a Senior HRIS Analyst before joining NFI in 2012 as an HRIS Business Analyst. Most recently, they have been working at Hill International, Inc. since 2019, progressing from the role of HRIS Solutions Architect to Global HRIS Manager and currently serving as the Global HRIS Director.

Nghi Ma completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from Wilmington University in 2024. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a minor in Business from Drexel University in 2004. In 2000, Nghi attended Villanova University, majoring in Biology, but did not earn a degree. Their education began at Upper Darby High School, where they completed their high school education from 1995 to 1999.
