Kristy Dilbey has a strong background in public relations and marketing. Kristy began their career as a Public Relations Intern at Strut Entertainment in 2010. From there, they joined Strategic Objectives as an Account Coordinator in 2012 and later became a Consultant. In 2014, Kristy joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies as a Consultant and progressively advanced to the roles of Senior Consultant, Account Director, and Senior Account Director, specializing in consumer marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President + Toronto Consumer Marketing Lead at Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

Kristy Dilbey completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from the University of Guelph in 2009. Kristy then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Sport and Event Marketing at George Brown College from 2009 to 2010.
