Luke Wilson

Luke Wilson has extensive experience in the distillery and winery industry, starting as a Distillery Supervisor at Tarac Technologies before moving on to various managerial positions at Hill-Smith Family Estates. Currently, Luke holds the title of General Services and Engineering Manager, overseeing cellar operations and process improvement. In addition to their role at Hill-Smith, Luke is also actively involved in the Winery Engineering Association, where Luke serves as the Deputy President and Director.
