Alison Parsons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insight, marketing, and analytics across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Insight at Hillarys Blinds since February 2016, Alison previously held the position of Head of Marketing and Direct Sales at WELEDA UK. A strong background in commercial operations and client services was developed during a significant tenure at GI Insight, along with early career roles at Boots UK, Vertis Communications, Equifax Marketing Services, and Experian Marketing Services. Alison is furthering expertise through a Post Graduate Diploma in Market and Social Research Practice at The Market Research Society, building on a previous Post Graduate Diploma from the Institute of Data and Marketing.
