Megan Wells

Megan Wells currently serves as the Assistant Director of Programming & Engagement at Hillel 818 since April 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Director of Engagement and Congregational Programming at Adath Israel Congregation from July 2020 to March 2022, and previously directed Jewish Student Life at Hillel at the University of Rochester from July 2019 to July 2020. Earlier experiences include serving as a Springboard Innovation Fellow at Hillel at the University of Rochester, as a Designer at Meg Wells Creative, and as a Freelance Production Designer at Curiosity Advertising. Megan's background also includes customer service and merchandising as a Student Associate at Shop One 2, advocacy as a senator in the RIT Student Government, and leadership experience as staff and counselor at URJ Goldman Union Camp Institute. Education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Media from the Rochester Institute of Technology and ongoing studies in Jewish Nonprofit Management at the Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion.
