Position Summary The General Manager is the person that leads the rest of the team to a successful conclusion in every area of our business. This includes, but not limited to: customer care, financial, personnel, training and inventory. Anyone performing in this capacity must be a proven leader, able to motivate and inspire all other team members and not only earn, but show respect to every team member.

Job Description: • Develop company vision and plan for growth. • Supervise, guide and develop management team. • Recruitment and contracting of company and project staff. • Provide leadership and vision by assisting in the growth of the company. • Maintain employee relations. • Make sure all customers are satisfied, and any concerns are handled within 24 hours. • Develop a budget. • Daily financial analysis of key indicator numbers. • Manage revenue and expenses to meet budget. • Manage profitability to meet or exceed budget. • Achieve growth goals as set forth in long-term strategic plan.

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum 10 years of experience in residential service operation, preferred. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalence in experience. At least one year as an operations supervisor, or 3 years team lead experience. Proven, consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives. Experience in analysis of cost and forecast data to align with business unit objectives and goals. Experience with job costing as well as operations profit and loss. Knowledge of laws governing business and employment in the local area. Valid driver’s license, and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier. EPA certification preferred. License in the trade preferred.
