David May

President & COO at Hillman Beer

David May has a strong background in the food and beverage industry. David started their career as a General Manager at Steak and Ale in 2005 and later became the Director of Operations at Ruth's Chris Steak House in 2008. In 2014, they joined The Omni Grove Park Inn as the Director of Food and Beverage, a role they held until 2019. David then moved on to The Westin Portland Harborview as the Director of Food and Beverage from 2019 to 2020. David's most recent role was as the Senior Director of Hospitality & Lodging at Nantahala Outdoor Center from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the President & COO at Hillman Beer, starting in 2022.

David May obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 1999-2003. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Clemson University during 2003-2005.
