Ellen Hirsch

Ellen Hirsch has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having worked in various roles in different companies. Ellen started their career at Grainger in 1992 as an HR Generalist and worked their way up to become the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, they were responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies and managing a global strategic sourcing team. From 2012 to 2015, Ellen worked at Hospira as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing global talent acquisition centers of excellence and acquisition strategy. Ellen then joined Walgreens in 2015 as part of the Talent Acquisition team. Most recently, Ellen worked at Hillrom, where they served as the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition and later became the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion.
