- From 2008 to 2016, Sandy worked as a Sr. Quality Engineer at CERTARA CORPORATION (Formerly Pharsight Corporation), where they were responsible for scoping and planning projects to meet quality requirements and release plan timelines.

- From 1998 to 2008, Sandy worked at Misys Healthcare Systems in the roles of DBA/Configuration Management Engineer and Database Administrator I and II. Sandy was responsible for automating software builds, performing troubleshooting, approving database changes, and resolving technical conflicts.
