Terri Kapur

Terri Kapur has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles in research and development. Currently, they are the VP of Research and Development, Front Line Care at Baxter International Inc. and also serves as the VP of R&D, Front Line Care at Hillrom. Prior to these roles, Terri was the Vice President of Global Preclinical Sciences at Boston Scientific and also held the position of Director Of Research and Development, Endoscopy. Before joining Boston Scientific, they worked at Smith & Nephew as the Senior Director of Research and Development, Joint Repair and Advanced Healing, as well as the Director of Product Development Advanced Healing Technologies. Terri also has experience at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) as the Director of Technology Development/Vascular Therapies. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson, worked as a CellChipTM Chemist at Cellomics Inc, and served as a Research Assistant at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory.

Terri Kapur obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from George Mason University between 1994 and 1998. Terri then pursued further education at the University of Toronto, where they completed a Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Terri Kapur also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in Project Management from Boston University, although the exact dates of this accomplishment are not provided.
