Nicholas Exton

Nicholas Exton is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group since July 2020, Nicholas has also held roles as Assistant Culinary Manager and Manager, specializing in inventory management and cost reduction for beverages. Prior to this, Nicholas completed a Management Internship at Hillstone Restaurant Group in the summer of 2019 and worked as a Team Member at BRYN and DANE'S from September 2015 to August 2018, where contributions included implementing training programs and supporting new location openings. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Penn State University, completed in 2020.
