Rakesh Sallagari

Rakesh Sallagari currently serves as a Sushi Chef at Hillstone Restaurant Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rakesh accumulated valuable experience at Marriott Hotels from May 2017 to January 2024, where responsibilities included Food and Beverage Executive and Food & Beverage Associate, managing restaurant operations, addressing guest needs, and ensuring quality service for over 100 customers daily. Additionally, Rakesh completed an internship at Westin Hotels & Resorts in January 2015, contributing to daily restaurant operations. Rakesh is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Alliant International University-Los Angeles, with a prior Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the University of Mumbai.
