Kathy Hoffer

Kathy Hoffer has an extensive background with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Hillwood, Kathy previously held positions as Vice President of Development and Development Director at the same company. Prior to their time at Hillwood, Kathy was a Principal at Scott Elevator Company. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Redlands and has completed various certificate programs in real estate finance, CEQA practice, and light construction/development management.
