Patty Ilaria has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Patty started their career at Cytec Solvay Group in 1981 as a Lead Administrator in the Sales Department, managing bid responses, quotes, correspondence, and other administrative tasks. Patty then transitioned to the role of Customer Service Representative, where they managed order processing and logistics for over $20 million in sales. Patty joined Hillyard, Inc. in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for order processing and developing innovative methods to reduce accounts receivables. Patty later became the Operations Manager, leading staff projects and maintaining safe working conditions. Currently, Patty holds the role of Operations/ Acting Branch Manager at Hillyard, overseeing the purchasing and distribution of cleaning and hygiene services in the Northeast. Patty manages a team of six and partners with account managers to grow sales. Patty's work experience reflects their ability to adapt to different roles and contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Patty Ilaria obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Bryant University between 1978 and 1980.
