Mshrm Rebecca Vallier

Rebecca Vallier has had a varied and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rebecca began their career at Foster Farms in 2000, where they held multiple roles over the years, including HRIS/Compensation Administrator, Sr. Human Resources Supervisor, Employment/Admin Services Manager, and ultimately Director of Human Resources. In 2019, they joined Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. as the Director of Talent Management and later transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources in 2022.

Rebecca Vallier, MSHRM, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, awarded in 2023. Rebecca completed their undergraduate studies at California State University, Stanislaus, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rebecca has also obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they completed the "Talent Strategy: Hiring, Engaging and Rewarding A+ Talent" program at Wharton Executive Education. In October 2021, they received certifications in "Clifton Strengths" from Gallup, "Situational Leadership II Facilitator" from The Ken Blanchard Companies, and "InsideOut Coaching Facilitator" from InsideOut Development. Furthermore, Rebecca obtained the "Professional in Human Resources (PHR)" certification from SHRM in January 2009.
