Andrew Holt

In over 20 years with the practice, Andrew has built our Facilities Management (FM) team to deliver focused engineering support to clients’ day-to-day building operation and estates management activity.

Andrew is involved in both the strategic and practical implementation of projects and technical facilities management, along with supporting FM strategy implementation across our UK property portfolio of clients including Legal & General Investment Management, Brookfield Property Partners, Cushman & Wakefield and Lloyd’s of London

Andrew started his career as a mechanical services design engineer. His career developed through the property and construction industry in client-side roles with London Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority, as a contractor with Planned Maintenance Engineering Limited, finally joining the practice to become a Facilities Management consultant in July 2000.

Andrew enjoys the countryside; historical buildings; live music and theatre; anything to do with cars and motorbikes and especially spending time with his grandchildren.
