Veronique van Geel

Veronique Van Geel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Veronique is currently working as the HR Director BeLux at Hilti Belux since October 2019. Before that, they held the position of deputy HR Director Belgium at Allianz from May 2019 to September 2019.

Veronique'slongest tenure was at Accenture Belgium, where they worked from May 2004 to June 2018. During their time at Accenture, they held various roles including HR Director BeLux, Gallia HR Program & Operations lead, and HR Business Partner. As an HR Business Partner, they led a team and managed activities related to the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, performance management, compensation, leaves, and exits.

Prior to their career at Accenture, Veronique worked as a Tour Rep at Best Tours from 2002 to 2004.

Veronique Van Geel has a diverse education history. In 1997, they began their studies at Ichec Brussels Management School, where they pursued a degree in Master Sciences Commerciales & Financières. Veronique completed their studies in 2001 at the same institution.

In 2019, Veronique enrolled in the Take the Lead program at Vlerick Business School. During this short duration, they focused on Digital Leadership.

In addition to their formal education, Veronique has also obtained various certifications. In June 2019, they acquired the Learning Slack certification from LinkedIn. A month prior, in May 2019, they earned the Learning JIRA Software certification, also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Veronique obtained certifications in Blockchain Basics and Blockchain: Beyond the Basics, both in April 2019, also through LinkedIn.
