Daniela Schremser

Daniela Schremser is a Subscription Selling Process Manager at Hilti Group since February 2011, focusing on enhancing the customer journey for subscription services. Previously, Daniela served as Treasury Systems and Processes Manager, overseeing global Treasury processes, particularly related to credit card and alternative payment methods. Daniela has experience as an IT Project Manager in the Global IT project management office, working on various departmental projects, and as an IT Process Consultant, where the initial exposure to SAP and Salesforce took place. Prior roles include Project Employee and Study Assistant at the University of Vienna, contributing to the INNOTRAIN IT project and supporting students, respectively. Daniela started a career in programming at Emig Datenverarbeitung, where foundational skills in VBA and data conversion tools were developed. Daniela holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the University of Vienna and Technische Universität Wien, respectively.
