Francesco Bandini

Francesco Bandini serves as the CEO and Region Head for Hilti Adriatic and Head of Global Hilti SAP ByDesign at Hilti Group since October 2022. Previously, Francesco held the position of Managing Director at Hilti Portugal from January 2019 to October 2022 and served as Vice President of Commercial & Sales at Hilti Italia from April 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading a 110-member organization and overseeing various strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at GE Oil & Gas, notably as Global Commercial Director managing sales growth initiatives. Francesco's educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and Industrial Ecology from Chalmers University of Technology, along with various executive finance programs and leadership development training.
