Maxence Bougourd

Maxence Bougourd is a Senior Demand & Supply Planner at Hilti Group since February 2021, responsible for overseeing demand and supply functions for the anchor portfolio across Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, China, and Taiwan. Notably, Maxence developed and deployed a Power Query tool that automated shortage pre-alerts, saving 800 man-hours annually, and implemented a Power BI report that increased stakeholder trust by saving an additional 480 man-hours.
