Paul Jokiel

Paul Jokiel has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner for Global Logistics and Head of Central Services HQ at Hilti Group since September 2004. In this role, Paul collaborates with the Global Logistics Management team to shape and execute the people plan aligned with the Global Logistics strategy. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where leadership encompassed all HR functions at headquarters. With a background in technical organizations, Paul has also served as HR Business Partner for Business Units, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing at Hilti. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Hilti Germany, Hilti, Inc. in the United States, and RWTH Aachen University, where Paul contributed to materials science research as R&D Group Manager. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and degrees in Business Administration and Management, Metallurgy, and Psychology from esteemed institutions.
