Rainer Verling

Rainer Verling serves as Head of Global IT Delivery at Hilti Group since July 2018, overseeing the global Service Desk, IT Service Delivery, Demand Management, and Onsite IT Support for approximately 35,000 employees across 1,000 locations in 120 countries. Prior to this role, Rainer was the Chief Information Officer at Oetiker Group from October 2010 to June 2018, leading a global IT department and managing strategic IT planning, project portfolios, and digitalization initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Helsana Versicherungen AG as the head of Application Operation and at EDS Group, focusing on program management in the airline industry. Rainer began the career as a Management Consultant at PwC and holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and Business from the University of Zurich.
