Tobias Rackow

Tobias Rackow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and engineering within leading organizations. Currently serving as Unit Manager at Hilti Group since January 2021, Tobias oversees the production of mechanical anchor portfolios, focusing on logistics, engineering, and innovation in production technologies. Previously, Tobias held various significant roles at Schaeffler from January 2016 to December 2020, including Vice President Operations for E-Axles, where responsibilities encompassed developing operations for e-Axles, managing supply chain management, and supporting multiple plants for premium OEM customers. Additional experience includes serving as Segment Leader for Gear Shift Units, where Tobias managed automotive component production, and as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, engaging in strategic projects. Academic qualifications include a Doktor in Ingenieurwissenschaft from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs.
